Come with me, to the sea...

Floating on a sea of contrasts. Just earlier in the week, I visited many wonderful relatives in the east coast of Florida, learning about hundreds of years of family history tracing back to the studious kaballist Vilna Gaon; spent a couple of hours riding and floating on the magical Atlantic's waves; drove through eight inches of Miami downpouring rain; walked among the glassic Chuhulys and wild plants in Fairchild Gardens; followed by a trip through Russian music and history by the talented hands of the New World Symphony in a lyrical Geary-shaped music hall; and later by a jazz-klezmer concert; and then topped off by a sunny spring training work out with the youthful Mets. Before I knew it, it was back to the wintry-mixed DC which turned into a winter wonderland with blowing snow and icy winds. Life in all of its contrasts and wonder is no less than grand.
